2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification of the content, you may submit a counter-notice to request the reinstatement of the material. To file a counter-notice, please provide the following:
Your name, address, and phone number.
A description of the content that was removed and the URL where the content appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or where ALFAdemics is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

3. Takedown Procedure
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who uploaded the content that we have received a DMCA takedown request.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, ALFAdemics will take appropriate action to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If we receive more than one valid DMCA takedown notice against a user, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to the site.
5. No Willful Infringement
We expect our users to act in good faith and respect the intellectual property rights of others. However, if you believe that you or someone else is willfully infringing upon your copyright, you should consult a legal professional to fully understand your rights and remedies under the DMCA.
