What to Expect From The Assisted Living Facility LIVE Virtual 3-Day Workshop
Learn how everyday entrepreneurs are turning residential homes into assisted living businesses while creating an investment that can generate cash flow and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

In 3 intensive days, James & Jinjie Ramos will walk you through the ALFademics MAP to ALF™ process from finding the right property to licensing, renovations, staffing, marketing, operations and getting your first residents.

No healthcare background required.

No ALF experience required.

Just a proven roadmap and the willingness to execute.
Why Are Entrepreneurs Looking at Residential Assisted Living?
Most traditional residential real estate strategies are built around collecting rent from a single tenant or family.

Residential assisted living introduces an entirely different business model.

Instead of simply renting a home, the property can be operated as a licensed care business serving multiple residents who pay monthly for housing, care and services.

But there's a catch...

You have to know what you're doing.

The wrong property, zoning decision, renovation, licensing strategy or operating plan can cost you months — and potentially thousands of dollars.

That's exactly why we created the ALF Accelerator Workshop.

We're going to show you the roadmap we've developed through decades of combined family experience, real-world ALF ownership and helping entrepreneurs navigate the process.
Starting an ALF Alone Can Get Expensive Really Fast
Buying a property that doesn't work.
Discovering zoning problems after you're under contract.
 Designing renovations incorrectly.
 Not understanding fire requirements.
 Licensing delays.
 Hiring the wrong contractors.
Not knowing how much capital you'll actually need.
Getting licensed...but not knowing how to find residents.
Getting licensed...but not knowing how to find residents.
One wrong decision can cost significantly more than attending this workshop.

That's the value equation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registration Will Close When The Timer Hit ZERO

Do I need healthcare experience?
No. You do not need a healthcare background or previous assisted living experience to attend. The ALF Accelerator is designed to walk you through the process step-by-step, from understanding the business model and finding the right property to licensing, staffing, operations, and attracting residents.
Do I need to already own a property?
No. In fact, we recommend learning what makes a property suitable for assisted living before you buy one. During the workshop, we'll discuss important factors to consider when evaluating properties, including location, zoning, layout, renovation requirements, and licensing considerations.
How much capital do I need to start an ALF?
The amount varies significantly depending on your market, property, financing strategy, renovation requirements, facility size, and business model. During the workshop, we'll help you understand the major startup costs and show you how to build a realistic budget for your ALF.
Can I attend if I haven't started yet?
Absolutely. This event is especially valuable if you're still in the research or planning stage. Learning the process before purchasing a property or making major financial commitments can help you avoid costly mistakes and create a clearer roadmap for moving forward.
Is this only for Texas?
No. We have worked with entrepreneurs from across the country. While assisted living regulations, zoning requirements, and licensing processes vary by state and city, the workshop teaches the core strategies and framework for planning and launching a residential assisted living business. You'll also learn how to research the specific requirements in your market.
Can my spouse/business partner attend?
Yes. We encourage spouses and business partners to attend together when possible. Building an ALF involves important financial, real estate, operational, and lifestyle decisions, so having your partner understand the process can be extremely valuable. Each attendee must have a valid ticket unless your ticket package specifically includes an additional guest.
What should I expect during the 3 days?
Come prepared to learn and take action. We'll break down the ALF startup process step-by-step, including the business model, funding, property selection, zoning, licensing, renovations, staffing, operations, marketing, and strategies for attracting residents.
You'll also have opportunities to ask questions, connect with other aspiring ALF owners, and begin developing your own roadmap for moving forward.
Will we tour an actual ALF?
Yes, a virtual tour.  As part of the ALF Accelerator experience, you'll have the opportunity to see an assisted living facility in person and connect what you've learned in the classroom to a real-world environment. You'll be able to see firsthand how a residential property can be transformed and operated as an assisted living facility.
Where should I stay?
The event will be held in the Dallas, Texas area. After registering, you'll receive event details, including the venue location and recommended nearby accommodations.
If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend arriving the day before the event so you're ready to start on time.
What happens after I purchase my ticket?
Once your registration is complete, you'll receive a confirmation with important information about the event and your next steps.
As the event approaches, we'll send you additional details about the venue, schedule, what to bring, and how to prepare so you can get the most out of your 3-day ALF Accelerator experience.
